Managed to catch the last episode of Life Transformers II today. This show never fail to cause the tears to well up in my eye sockets as I was watching it. Esp today's episode. Somewhere in Sg, there are ppl who are struggling to live everyday, surffering from poverty and illness. N this highlight a very impt point: health is something that money cant buy, and without health, there is no way wealth will come. Without health, one cant get proper job, or worse, become unemployed.
there was one episode where by the father earns less than 2k per mth and he has to raise 4 or 5 kids. the mother left them when they were v young. the kids dun even get to sit down to have dinner wif their dad, not even for cny reunion dinner! on top of that, going out for meals is totally out of qn. Poverty is the problem.
So wat is the solution to poverty? Ans: Education! (tat's wat I was told when i was in sch) LOL
Since I m still blogging at this hour, u shld have guessed that Dear is on deployment again. Pretty close... he is not no deployment but doing other impt stuffs. He works late today again! Dear is going on deployment soon! So I guess I will be bk for blogging for quite some time.
Time to hit the pillows!!! and snuggle my Bunnie (my fav act!) :D
