Never know...

Never know that I actually have mood swings and can get easily agitated over things when I m approaching m. So in fact, I experience emotional PMS too. I used to think that I only experience physical PMS, until recently, which is like this one or 2 yrs, I found out that I have mood swings and get really emotional during that time of the month. I recalled crying over stress (which i think is not really highly stressful after I m done wif my crying), picking up arguements wif dear. But I m really glad that Dear is very understanding, lending me his listening ears and giving me confort. Dear even come and see me after his long and tiring working day. A tight loving hug from Dear is all i need :D

priority

sometimes little things you do or say will indirectly tell ppl what things or who are more impt to you. even the thought of giving priority to ppl who u wanna give the tix to. and this causes the other ppl, who they think u care abt most, ( plus dote on most, and definitely have priority over the rest) come to an awareness abt it and feel dejected and disappointed. the feeling is not exactly mutual is it? so it has always been a side of favouritism bcos no matter what, u have spent all ur life wif them and only a short few yrs with the other. i understand.

nitty gritty

Not feeling v well. itchy throat, runny and sometimes blocked nose, sneezes. Shld I go and see doc tmr?

Oh well, althou Dear does not have to go for long sailing trips recently, he is quite involve and busy wif ndp too. every sat he has to work. so we r left with sundays to go out. but at least we get to go out on sundays! and that is impt to me, esp when dear has to go to ultra long sailing trips ( like 1 mth, ya 1 mth to me is v long) sometimes. It doesnt matter where we go. even if its just sitting in a cafe drinking tea, its nice too!

Working is getting busy and interpersonal r/s is impt. So far so gd. but as a newbie, sometimes u dunno boss's exceptations. besides, kids can really make u mad at times. 80% of e kids r quite alright. but the rest can really be a headache. n make u dun feel like walking into their class at all. muz always go in wif an open mind. kids being kids, no pt being angry wif them. sometimes i wonder how do the parents educate their kids. or rather, do they ever educate them? and this sets me thinking of how i shld educate my kids next time...

Hotel Shopping

Has been going ard hotel to check out the wedding packages since last weekend. Checking out what each hotel is providing a better package, comparing the price, checking out the ballrooms. But the wedding planners were not ard during weekend. so we need to arrange a time with them to discuss the details. It can be quite tiring, but at the same time exciting.

Now we r trying to weigh out our options. see which one is more affordable and worth it. Shall arrange a time with the wedding planners soon!

Intoxicated

Dear went sailing ytd again. Luckily we got the chance to chat over the phone for 2hrs before he sailed off. Chatting over the phone has been a daily activity for us as long as Dear is not sailing or both of us are not busy. And 2hrs is not considered long i guess. Cos time juz flew pass when we were on the phone. This is one activity I look forward to everyday too! :D

One thing came across my mind this morning: are we too 'intoxicated' by one another? By 'intoxicated' I mean very much into one another, will think of each other whenever possible, and cant wait to spend time together whenever possible. Maybe all couples are like this?

Working life is so different from school life. On some working days, one can really feel down and upset with work. But its always nice and comforting to know that there is someone you can always fall back on, a pair of listening ears and nice shoulders to lean on. Whenever Dear goes sailing, Mum will become my audience. Hee..

Hopefully Dear will sail bk tonight! Cant wait to see him and watch Desipicable me this weekend!

aftermath...

weekend is over!!! argh!!! went cyclingytd wif Dear and his sis plus sis bf. fun! I was sorry abt throwing tantrums last wk. I know that Dear was super busy running errands and was very tiring. But I just cant stand it when Dear din give me enough attention. N now I know how frustrated it was for Dear for the past few days. Tired and sometimes got reprimanded. i shld try to curb my impatience. the time spent wif Dear in e chalet was nice! anywhere wif Dear is always nice! :D

still pissed.

sometimes, women dun mean wat they say. so u muz noe when does she mean it and when she doesnt mean it. sometimes its quite sad when after so long, the person still doesnt understand. wat u see in the msg might not be the real meaning. read between the lines. I guess time out is needed. possessive as it may sound, tat's the way it is. maybe i shldnt be there at all tmr.

Pissed!!!

i am damn pissed now. whole of weekend burnt! so wat is the big whooha abt that? I really dun understand. so every1 nds attention. n every1 is fighting for the same attention. even for the photos in the wallet as well. I m seriously sick and tired of it.

when? where? what?

Yeah! its thurs! N.... tmr is gonna be a long long long day for me. Yea, I noe fri is supposed to be a shorter day for most ppl. but that doesnt apply when it comes to my job. cos i got co-activity on all fri! darn...

When ever I feel stress or depress at work, I look at my ring. and then i will feel happier. I dunno why. but tat works most of the time. really. maybe tat's y they say diamonds are girls' best friends. toking abt this, we have been sourcing ard for places to hold our wedding banquet. to some ppl, it might be too early to go ard sourcing now. but we were told that its better to book it early before all the gd dates are taken up (esp when the yr we r looking at, is the yr of dragon). n trust me, looking ard for a venue that u like best, have everything you want its not easy. esp when there is a budget. its so ex to get married! on top of that, our house reno and honeymoon comes into play. Must have at least 100k in combine savings.

the prob now is, we dun have the time to do the sourcing ard part. besides, we have yet settle on a date. I m busy. Dear is even busier! so how? we might juz end up not having a wedding banquet and go for honeymoon wedding. argh...

was looking at my friends' baby photos. I have a couple of frens who hav been promoted to the status of mother! time flies. besides, watching the current few episodes of SATC, which talks abt miranda being pregnant and becoming a mother, some sort of maternal instinct kicks into me. I cant imagine me being a mum when I dun find myself mature enough. I wan to have kids, but not now i guess. at least 3 yrs later. being a parent is a HUGE responsibility whereby the whole marriage might just end up revolving ard the kids. I hope tat wont be the case for me in future. i think couples still nd some time to be spent toge (in the absence of kids) on order to make the marriage as mundane as possible. sparks have to be there to keep the fire going.

Sex and the city

have been watching sex and the city sitcom ever since I came bk from shanghai. There are 6 seasons in all and I m currently at the 3rd season. I love the show! Not for the censored portion thou.

The issue in the current episodes involve getting into relationship and getting married and have kids. on the front, the ladies are afraid of committing themselves in a r/s. but deep down, they are hoping to find the mr right and walk down the aisle with him in the end. then comes the problem with staying toge. things that have to be compromised. Maybe due to different form of upbringing, sometimes the things that need to be compromised and are a big whooha to them, dun really seem to be a big prob to me. those are things that can be compromised easily. and to them, staying toge can sometimes be a nightmare. (maybe it really boils down to what type of person ur bf is). SOme things to me are acceptable, but some things seriously can nv be compromised. if the r/s has reached that point, the best way is to end it. who knows a better one or prob the best one is waiting right there for you.

I think most of the gals are hoping to find the right one. Finding one is not an issue, but finding the RIGHT one is not tat easy.
